Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of services provided by Quantum Interactive Software Inc. including:

  • ReceptionIQ

  • MarketPilot

  • OnboardIQ

  • Quantum Cybersecurity Software

  • APIs, integrations, and associated platforms

Users must comply with this policy when using the Services.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Services to:

Illegal Activities

Engage in activities that violate any applicable law including:

  • fraud

  • identity theft

  • unauthorized surveillance

  • harassment

  • illegal telemarketing

Spam and Messaging Abuse

Users may not send:

  • unsolicited bulk messages

  • illegal robocalls

  • phishing communications

  • misleading SMS campaigns

All messaging must comply with:

  • TCPA

  • CTIA guidelines

  • A2P 10DLC rules

Security Violations

Users may not:

  • attempt to bypass authentication

  • probe or scan system vulnerabilities

  • access other customers’ data

  • distribute malware

  • disrupt infrastructure

Abuse of AI Systems

Users may not use AI systems for:

  • generating illegal content

  • impersonation or fraud

  • automated harassment

  • misinformation campaigns

  • exploitation or discrimination

Enforcement

Quantum Interactive Software Inc. may take action including:

  • suspending services

  • terminating accounts

  • reporting illegal activity to authorities
