• MarketPilot – AI marketing automation platform
• OnboardIQ – AI onboarding and workflow platform
• Quantum Cybersecurity Products
• Quantum Interactive Software APIs and integrations
• QuantumIntSoft.com websites and associated applications
• Any future services, products, or platforms developed by Quantum Interactive Software Inc.
The services are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding agreement to use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
To use certain Services, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
provide accurate and complete information
maintain the security of your account credentials
promptly update any changes to your information
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
• transmitting unlawful or fraudulent content
• sending spam or unauthorized communications
• violating telecommunications regulations
• interfering with system security or performance
• reverse engineering the Services
• exploiting system vulnerabilities
• accessing data belonging to other customers
• using the Services for illegal telemarketing or robocalls
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Customers may submit data, content, communications, or other materials through the Services (“Customer Data”).
Customer Data may include:
call recordings
messaging content
CRM data
marketing content
AI prompts and responses
business workflow information
You retain ownership of your Customer Data.
However, you grant Quantum Interactive Software Inc. a limited license to process Customer Data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your Customer Data complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Certain Services utilize artificial intelligence technologies to generate outputs or automate workflows.
AI-generated results may include:
call responses
automated communications
marketing content
workflow automation
predictive analytics
You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs:
may not always be accurate
should be reviewed before use in critical decisions
are provided as assistance tools
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. is not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI-generated outputs.
Some Services involve telecommunications capabilities including voice calls, SMS messaging, and automated communications.
Customers must comply with all applicable telecommunications laws including but not limited to:
TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
CTIA messaging guidelines
A2P 10DLC regulations
local telemarketing laws
Customers are responsible for obtaining required consent before sending messages or making automated calls through the Services.
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. may suspend accounts that generate excessive complaints or violate messaging regulations.
The Services may integrate with third-party systems such as:
telecommunications providers
payment processors
CRM platforms
analytics tools
cloud infrastructure providers
AI model providers
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
Use of third-party integrations may be subject to additional terms provided by those providers.
Some Services require payment of subscription fees.
By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to:
pay all applicable fees
provide valid payment information
authorize recurring billing if applicable
Subscription fees are billed according to the selected pricing plan.
Failure to pay required fees may result in suspension of the Services.
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. strives to maintain reliable service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:
maintenance
system upgrades
infrastructure failures
third-party outages
security incidents
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time.
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. implements reasonable safeguards to protect system integrity and customer information.
Customers are responsible for:
maintaining account security
protecting access credentials
managing user permissions
If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party.
Confidential information includes:
business strategies
product designs
system architecture
customer information
proprietary algorithms
Confidential information may not be disclosed without prior written consent unless required by law.
All software, systems, algorithms, documentation, and technology used in the Services are the intellectual property of Quantum Interactive Software Inc. or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant ownership of the Services.
Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during the subscription period.
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:
These Terms are violated
Fraudulent activity is detected
System security is threatened
Required fees are unpaid
Telecommunications abuse occurs
We may also suspend services to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Interactive Software Inc. shall not be liable for:
indirect damages
lost profits
loss of business
loss of data
service interruptions
consequential damages
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Services during the previous twelve (12) months.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. makes no warranties regarding:
uninterrupted service
error-free operation
accuracy of AI outputs
compatibility with all systems
Customers assume responsibility for evaluating whether the Services meet their business requirements.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum Interactive Software Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
misuse of the Services
violation of these Terms
violation of applicable laws
unauthorized communications sent through the Services
Customers may cancel their accounts at any time.
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination:
access to the Services will cease
certain data may be deleted according to retention policies
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in courts located within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. may update these Terms from time to time.
If significant changes occur, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
