Quantum Interactive Software Inc. maintains a formal incident response process to address security events affecting its services.


Definition of a Security Incident

A security incident includes any event that may compromise:

  • system availability

  • customer data

  • service integrity

  • infrastructure security

Examples include:

  • unauthorized access attempts

  • data exposure

  • infrastructure compromise

  • denial-of-service attacks


Incident Response Process

Our incident response framework follows four stages:

1. Detection

Security monitoring systems and alerts identify potential threats.

2. Containment

Immediate steps are taken to isolate affected systems and prevent further impact.

3. Investigation

Security engineers analyze logs, infrastructure activity, and system events to determine root cause.

4. Remediation

Corrective actions are taken to restore services and strengthen system defenses.


Customer Notification

If a security incident impacts customer data or service availability, Quantum Interactive Software Inc. will notify affected customers within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable laws and contractual obligations.


Post-Incident Review

Following an incident, we perform internal reviews to:

  • identify root causes

  • implement security improvements

  • update procedures where necessary
