This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the Terms of Service between:
Customer (Data Controller)
and
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. (Data Processor)
This DPA governs the processing of personal data by Quantum Interactive Software Inc. on behalf of customers using the Services.
Customer data processed through the Services may include:
names
phone numbers
email addresses
business contact information
communications content
call recordings
analytics data
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. processes data solely for purposes including:
operating SaaS platforms
providing AI automation services
delivering messaging and telephony features
system monitoring and security
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. implements safeguards including:
encryption in transit (TLS)
access controls
authentication systems
audit logging
infrastructure monitoring
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. may use subprocessors including cloud infrastructure providers and messaging providers.
Subprocessors are contractually obligated to maintain appropriate security standards.
Customer data is retained only as necessary to:
provide services
maintain system integrity
comply with legal requirements
Customers may request deletion of their data subject to operational limitations.
Customers remain responsible for responding to data subject requests including:
access
correction
deletion
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. will assist where reasonably possible.
