These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, products, APIs, and services provided by Quantum Interactive Software Inc. (“Quantum”, “Quantum Interactive Software”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Customers may submit data, content, communications, or other materials through the Services (“Customer Data”).

You retain ownership of your Customer Data.
However, you grant Quantum Interactive Software Inc. a limited license to process Customer Data solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your Customer Data complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Data received from connected Google accounts is handled as described in Section 9 and in our Privacy Policy, and is never used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Certain Services utilize artificial intelligence technologies to generate outputs or automate workflows.

Quantum Interactive Software Inc. is not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI-generated outputs.
Some Services involve telecommunications capabilities including voice calls, SMS messaging, and automated communications.
Customers must comply with all applicable telecommunications laws including but not limited to:
Customers are responsible for obtaining required consent before sending messages or making automated calls through the Services.
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. may suspend accounts that generate excessive complaints or violate messaging regulations.
The Services may integrate with third-party systems such as:
When you connect a third-party account, such as a Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar, you authorize the Services to access that account on your behalf. That includes reading calendar events and creating, updating, or removing events to keep your calendars in sync. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and confirm that you have the right to grant this access. You may disconnect an integration at any time. Data received through integrations is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
Use of third-party integrations may be subject to additional terms provided by those providers.
This section applies when you connect a Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar to ReceptionIQ.
What you authorize. By connecting your calendar, you authorize ReceptionIQ to read the events on the calendar you connect and to create, update, and remove events for appointments booked, changed, or canceled in ReceptionIQ, so that both calendars stay in sync.
How the data is used. Google user data is used only to provide calendar features you can see and use in ReceptionIQ: showing your events, keeping your calendars in two-way sync, and checking your availability so appointments do not conflict with existing events.
What we do not do. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Revoking access. You may disconnect your calendar at any time in ReceptionIQ, or revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Stored tokens and synced calendar data are then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Google API Services User Data Policy. ReceptionIQ’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Microsoft Outlook calendar data is handled the same way as described above for Google.
Some Services require payment of subscription fees.
By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to:

Failure to pay required fees may result in suspension of the Services.
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. strives to maintain reliable service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time.
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. implements reasonable safeguards to protect system integrity and customer information.
Customers are responsible for:
If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party.

Confidential information may not be disclosed without prior written consent unless required by law.
All software, systems, algorithms, documentation, and technology used in the Services are the intellectual property of Quantum Interactive Software Inc. or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant ownership of the Services.
Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during the subscription period.
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Interactive Software Inc. shall not be liable for:
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Services during the previous twelve (12) months.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. makes no warranties regarding:
Customers assume responsibility for evaluating whether the Services meet their business requirements.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum Interactive Software Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Customers may cancel their accounts at any time.
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in courts located within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Quantum Interactive Software Inc. may update these Terms from time to time.
If significant changes occur, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
